Over the past 16 years, Ana has worked with a range of large retail, industrial and FMCG companies, leading successful procurement, supply chain, and process improvement projects.
Before founding Fulcrum Procurement Ana has run numerous tenders for Coles’ private label products, worked as a management consultant for A.T. Kearney, Logiworx and Portland Group, and held roles in procurement and supply chain at Nestle and Pepsico.
Ana holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from UNC, Argentina and a Masters in Technology Management from UNSW, Australia.
