Fulcrum has created a Buying Group that offers collective purchasing agreements to manufacturers in Australia.
By aggregating the group's demand for goods and services, we build the Buying Group's purchasing power and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers.
Members can use one of the Fulcrum agreements already in place, join an upcoming tender, or ask us for assistance on a bespoke project.
Fulcrum also runs buying groups on behalf of industry associations. We've set them up for Melbourne's North Food Group and the South East Melbourne Manufacturers Association, with more in development for 2021
How It Works
Fulcrum tenders for clients’ consolidated goods or service requirements, selects the most competitive vendor in terms of quality and price, and creates umbrella supply agreements.
We get client data upfront to allow us to tailor the tenders to your needs. There's no obligation to purchase, lock ins or minimum order quantities if you want to take advantage of the tender once it's completed.
Buying Group members order goods or services directly from the supplier.
Suppliers receive the order and deliver goods or services to the Buying Group members.
Buying Group members pay Suppliers the agreed discounted price directly.
