Our range focuses on core direct and indirect spends:  Metals (Steel, Aluminium), Consumables, PPE and Workwear, Cleaning & Waste Management.  As our membership grows, our combined demand grows and we gain enough scale to add new categories. 

We also do private work for individual members:  Strategy and operations consulting, tenders on larger categories (‘no win, no fee’), and outsourced procurement staffing.

Our approach is structured and data driven.  First, we take the time to get to know the members, and really understand their needs – the goods they use, their ways of working, what their service requirements are.  That way we really understand why they want to launch a tender.  It’s usually not just about price, but a range of different factors combined.

Then we go through a rigorous, methodical and data-driven tender process.  We put potential suppliers through multiple rounds of tender, pushing them at each step. By giving them feedback, we get them to compete line by line and item by item.  We rank service attributes as well, so that there is a real comparison and competition in terms of service quality also.
